
Ghana Black Stars
The Ghanaian football team, Black Stars which has been occupied the African champion title four times now dropped two places in the FIFA rankings released for the month of November.
The four time African champions black stars are now at place 37 by dropping 2 places but the points table showed improvement from 685 to 714 in the FIFA rankings released on Thursday.
However, Ghana occupied the 35th place in last rankings update but unfortunately dropped and was placed at 37. Even though Black Stars topped their respective group E in AFCON 2015 Qualifiers, and qualified to take part in the African cup of nations 2015 in Guinea.

On the other hand the host of AFCON 2015, Guinea progressed and climbed 17 places to move to 38th position in the FIFA ranking table, because of the two subsequent victories in the African cup of Nations 2015 qualifiers.
This new update of FIFA/ Coca-Cola rankings based on the 150 international matches bringing the total number of evaluated matches in 2014 to 817. The big part of these matches numbered 61 was based on the Continental qualifiers in Africa, Europe and CONCACAF region, while other 89 friendly held matches.
Moreover, Black Stars occupied the 5th place in the African Rankings, while Algeria with 18th global position lead the African ranking.
