AFCON 2015 enters into more dubious phase as CAF has ruled out the chances to postpone and Morocco insisting to delay the schedule dates.
The President of CAF, Issa Hayatou, asserted that the event will held on scheduled time at any cost. He confirmed the AFCON 2015 will take place but where he couldn’t tell, whether in Egypt, Nigeria or somewhere else?
Hayatou put future hazards that may hit the event if it delays: he said,
“Once you postpone this event, it will open the door for everybody to ask for a delay of any competition and we will no longer be credible,”

The delay will severely hit the repute of organizing body and it means to offend the partners and sponsors and finally collapsing the system CAF built in 57 years.
Following Morocco pulled it back from the hosting rights amid fear of Ebola spread, Angola and Ghana were emerged to schedule the event but later both nations have also denied hosting the cup. Ghana’ Minister of Youth and Sports, Mahama Ayariga, confirmed his country wouldn’t be available to host the cup so was Joao Lusevikueno, vice president of the Angolan football federation.
Lusevikueno pointed it is virtually impossible to host the event in short time since the AFCON 2015 schedule kick from 17 January.
