Even though the master of Hip-life, Reginald Osei has achieved to deceive people about his actual age, it is broadly known to lots of his fans that April 11 is the day when he was born, however the closest bet would be that he came to this wonderful world in the late 60’s.
The Hip-hop Godfather Reggie Rockstone was born in United Kingdom but lived his babyhood in the UK. He has been living in Ghana endlessly later he breaks new ground in the Hip-Life movement in 1994. There is little disbelief that he has played an important character in the improvement of this exclusively African genre.
Winning the Kora Award for the superlative African Video in the year 2004, sharing the same stage with international stars like Shaggy, Beenie Man, being a critic on reality talent shows, having a book inaugurated narrating his exotic musical journey, inspiring young rappers and owning a hotel bears testimony to his gift and staying supremacy.
VIP now VVIP, Osie, the Godfather is the newest member of the Hip-life music group. On April 11, their first single ‘Selfie’ was released; already another single OMG has been out representing that the Godfather is only making plans for himself for more hard work.
The remarkable thing about Osie is that for a man in the 46th district, his impressive structure denies periods he has collected under the sun, a feat young ‘cats’ find difficult to contend with. We support you Reggie for spending time and energy not only in your music but your ‘Rock-Stone’ body as well, and it seems that your son has already engaged after you with his morning push-ups.
