Edward Effah, Managing Director of Fidelity Bank, was arbitrate 2013 Marketing Man of the Year at the 25th Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana Marketing Performance Awards grasped last Saturday at the Banquet Hall, State House in Accra.
Mr. Effah won the most fancy award on the night, which was earlier won by Vice Chancellor of the University of Professional Studies, Professor Joshua Alabi.
Kate Quartzes Papafio, Chief Executive Officer of Reroy Cables was also arbitrate the 2013 CIMG Marketing Woman of the Year at the influential and colorful ritual.
Mr. Effah, who told on personal interest of all the awardees, recommend the Awards Planning Committee for appreciate. “It is a great honor to be recognized. The award will incitement, us on to work harder to move mother Ghana forward,” he said.
Edward Effah supported the youth and enterpreneurs not to be afraid of taking new eagerness to do something, adding that “new initiatives come with new challenges but that is how we can achieve favorable outcome.”
Naa Professor John Nabila, President, National House of Chiefs, who was a guest speaker at the event, recommend the initiators of the scheme and the various groups and individuals, who have held the cloak to make the awards cloak and resonant.
He said the CIMG Marketing Performance Awards support the institute and all collaborator the favorable prosperity for ability to hold in the mind.
Naa Nabila urged CIMG to start investigating better ways of organizing the awards so as to remain appropriate.
“Marketing has a big role to play in our national life and the awards scheme should serve suitably to make it happen,” he said
