One of the finest Ghana’s gospel artists, Cwesi Oteng is able to establish a different image of Ghanaian Gospel music. I have been inspired from Fred Hammond Music Ministry.
He is so passionate about Fred Hammond and in respect to that he will honour him in an upcoming concert to be held at the Accra Sports Stadium on 15th March, called the “Freedom Concert”.
Although, both of them have never met, but Cwesi Oteng consider Fred as a guru, describing him as a generational artist who has been applicable in so many generations “like Mary Ghansah”.
Other artists that will be performing in the concert include, Soul Winners, Ohemaa Mercy, Francis Amo, Joe Mettle, Mary Ghansah are some of the artists performing at the Freedom Concert. Fred Hammond will be expected to be in Ghana ahead of the concert.
He added, I can’t describe in words, it is a great honour for me to perform live along with Fred Hammond. The concert is scheduled to take place on March 15th, 2014 at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Fred Hammond is also a gospel singer, bass guitar player and record producer who have been in the music industry since 1985. He has won many awards, including multiple Grammy, Dove, Stellar-awards and nominated as a performer, writer and producer on several occasions.
