Jordan Ayew, the Ghanaian striker is still looking for goals in the French Ligue 1 after he fails to find the net in Sochaux’s 2-2 draw with Valenciennes on Saturday.
Jordan Ayew joined the struggling Sochaux after his loan move from Olympique Marseille; the Ghanaian star has played 7 games but failed to score any goal.
The youngest of the Ayew brothers fails to score a goal on the night but, it was one of his former team mate Abdul Majeed Waris that steal the show by scoring the goals.
Majeed Waris is also on loan from the Russian giants Spartak Moscow who scored the both goals in the 51st and 86th minutes to ensure his side was will be on lead, Sochaux equalized both times but Jordan Ayew fails to score.
Herve Renard, Sochaux boss is still confident that he will perform and score, but it will be really hard for him to make to the Ghanaian squad that will participate in FIFA World Cup 2014.
Jordan Ayew really performed well in the last season at Marseille when he scored 10 goals in all competition’s (7 of those in the French Ligue 1).
