Giuseppina Nana Akua Baafi, the current Miss Ghana 2013 joined by a team from the Miss Ghana Foundation, have donated almost thousands of Cedis items to the Tamale Children’s Home.
This is the second visit by the foundation in a year to the institution, which is one of the main objectives of them in the Northern Region.
Nana Akua Baafi added, this is our second tour to this place which shows how committed the Miss Ghana foundation has towards them.
Miss Patty said, the leading queen is very much sincere about the Children’s Home.
It is all about love, and we are here to share some love, to show some love by our presence and donation.
She added, we are now a family, we will continue to support them and also encourage others to come and support us.
The items that are being distributed include confectionaries, toiletries, food, beverages and cash and were presented by Miss Baafi, and Inna Maryam Patty, Chairwoman of the Foundation.
The officials thanked the team and promised them to use the items in a good way.
The foundation’s Valentine’s Day working visit to Tamale was made possible with the help of National Lotteries Authority (NLA), official CSR partners, Multipro (distributors of Indomie), Finatrade Ghana Ltd and Multipac Ghana, Africa World Airline and Yoks Ltd.
