Solomon Asante the winger for the Ghana Football National team is hopeful for his comeback to the national side.
Plays for the TP Mazembe star in the local league, has been not included in the 25 man squad for the crucial game against Egypt on October 15 in Kumasi.
Solomon Asante is part of the current squad for almost a year.
The former Berekum Chelsea player however failed to make any impression on the selection committee for his place against the record African Cup winners.
The 22-year-old made his debut for Burkina Faso against South Africa at Ellis Park on 8 August 2011 in an international friendly.
Speaking about the squad that will face Egypt, he said, “I respect the choice of the coach and wish my country the best of luck against Egypt,”
He added, “I will work hard with my local team TPM [TP Mazembe] to get my place back in the national team.”
