Ghana is ranked in top 5 African countries for country governance with the most effective policies and institutions in the latest ranking of The World Bank.
According to the latest review of policies and institutes in Sub-Saharan Africa, The World Bank says there is a stable situation for growth and deficiency reduction in spite of deviation across all countries.
This review is a part of the yearly World Bank Country Policy and Institutional Assessment that rates performance of poor countries.
The calculation made by the World Bank observes 16 key development indicators covering four areas including economic management and structural improvements. That report observed the governance scores, which covered the quality of public sector management and institutions of liability, continue to fall behind the other areas considered, reflecting the deep-rooted challenges facing African countries in this important area.
Ghana was found in the top five African countries for their efficiency of government policies and institutions.
