On the 21st anniversary of NDC President Mahama said that NDC won cleanly in the 2012 polls.
While addressing on the 21st anniversary of the formation of NDC, President John Mahama spoke that the outcome of the ongoing election petition will show that the ruling party National Democratic Congress (NDC) won clearly in free and fair elections.
President John Mahama entered the party headquarters at 5:45 PM and he was welcomed by party workers including Dr Kwabena Adjei, National Chairman and Johnson Asiedu Nketia, General Secretary.
He praised his party members for their support which ensured the clean victory of NDC in 2012 general elections.
He also advised his party supporters not to be relax as their party is establishing different branches and reorganizing its bases for the next elections.
‘I will encourage you to continue with the good work in the interest of our party,’ He further told the party leadership that he felt that compulsory to visit the party headquarters to be close with the party workers to keep the party organized and strong.
NDC Chairman Dr Kwabena Adjei told the President that the party executives and activists appreciated his visit, which he said, would give them the chance to discuss issues regarding the party.
