Another progress in the ongoing Election Petition Case, Justice Atuguba cautioned the representatives of the parties involved in the ongoing case not to falsify events as they leak in the chamber or sanctions will be taken against them.

Lawyer Yaw Boabeng, Gave a statement on Asempa FM that, “the Judges are now concerned with what goes out from the court, they are now showing seriousness in that. Let’s see who will be charged with contempt among us (the spokespersons). I am not afraid because I just don’t say anything anyhow.”
