User agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless to GhanaLIVE.tv, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs including but not limited to attorneys' fees, other expenses that arise directly or indirectly resulting out of or from user’s breach of this agreement, user’s violation of the undertaking, representation and covenants as mentioned above and/or user activities in connection with this website.

Termination

User understands and agrees that GhanaLIVE.tv may, at its sole discretion and at any time, terminate your password, user account or use of any service for any reason. Severability

Registration and Acceptance of Terms

User agree that it will (a) immediately notify GhanaLIVE.tv of any unauthorized use of user account, and (b) ensure that user properly exit all services at the completion of use session. GhanaLIVE.tv will have no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of a user account, the site or any service or users failure to comply with these requirements.
