The prior minister for the Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Catherine Afeku stated that she misses nothing about the prior ministry. She further added that she just moved on with time and there is nothing she regrets or even misses regarding her former ministry.
She disclosed such a statement while delivering an interview at the Ghana Make-up Awards. She was invited to such ceremony as chief guest. She was in a very good mood and clarified that she’s not the person who runs from challenges.
‘So, you cannot highlight me as a different person but you can definitely say that you are meeting the same person at different occasion, time and most importantly different post. I am pretty confident that thing turns into good.’
The journalist further asked what she most misses about her prior ministry. Miss Catherine Afeku immediately replied that there is nothing to miss. The journalist was quite shocked so we are.
‘No ways, I miss nothing. I just moved with time and it’s not difficult it’s all about mindset. If you want to move on nothing can stop, you. Don’t let your past to engulf your future and now I am looking towards future.’
Madam Catherine Afeku on the start of 2017 was appointed as minister for the Tourism, Arts, and Culture by the first gentleman of the land, Nana Addo. She lost her ministry in the current reshuffle.
