Sunday, 12 May 2019 was the last day of the first phase of all around the country 2019 Ramadan tour for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, the Vice-President of Ghana in the Eastern Region.
During the last day of Ramadan tour, he called the elders of Ofoase and also the chiefs of that area and apart from that, he toured mosques located in Oda Central, Nkawkaw and Ofoase-Ayerebi and in order to pray with Muslims.
In order to have sustenance and peace in the country, Dr Bawumia asked the communities to pray and live peacefully, and he also requested them to stand with the ones in charge to help in development of Ghana.
He further added that the government will keep on applying such rules and regulations as to deal with the things Ghanaians need after some time and those needed at this moment, specifically of those who are poor and helpless.
