Brain coordinates with the rest of the apparatus of our body. Brain is very important tool which is responsible for overall balance and integration of our body.
Modern day life is full of stresses, frustrations, people cramp for room; suffocate for real-time peace and solitary moments.
We work each day, work out of our skins most of the times, to make a healthy living and to win laurels. This extra effort puts too much pressure on our nervous system. Mental disorders are becoming more frequent.
Entangled in too many worries, our brain has to respond to multiple calls. The hormonal balance gets disturbed, nerve endings start to behave abnormally and reuptake hormones not required in the normal course or functioning.
The impulsive response control gets disturbed and our brain starts behaving in unorthodox ways.
Youngsters are most worried class of people in the modern world and that is because of economic recession and joblessness.
They think and over-think in trying to sneak in the recessive world to make a healthy living. In the process, there mind loses its shape and they start relying on alcohols, drugs to counter the damaging set of nervous wires.
Worried mind results in poorly organized thoughts. A fatigued mind loses the power of decision making over a period of time.
We must try not to worry; one way of vanishing unpleasant thoughts is by praying and bowing down before the Almighty.
A firm belief in a divine creature relieves the pressure off our mind and nerves, but a firm belief has to be there.
