Dr. Anthony Nsiah Asare, the Director General of the Ghana Health Service (GHS) has briefly explained the details of the drone health service delivery system being adopted by the country.
He explained the facts that the Ghana is having various health issues in terms of lack of primary health care delivery and also lack of modern ways of treatment and practices in the country. Health concerns are so drastic that every year, 30 percent of women die during their child delivery due to the excessive bleeding. The second reason of the death is snake-biting.
This lack of medical services can be prevented if Ghana has enough medical facilities and the modern ways of treatment with the advanced technology in remote areas of the Ghana.

The drone health care delivery service will provide Ghana with the most advanced and enhanced health services. Drones can be operated without the pilot; any physical presence of the pilot is not needed. They can be controlled from the ground, with the help of GPS tracking system.
The current a health care project using drone technology will improve medical supplies.
