President Akufo Addo has expressed completely that the NPP government has no expert to legitimize homosexuality in Ghana and that legislature won’t look for any such specialist to do same.
Because of a call by Rt. Rev Setorwu Kwadzo Ofori, the Moderator of the Global Evangelical Church, who scolded him not to under any conditions, bow to worldwide weight requiring the sanctioning of homosexuality in Ghana, President Akufo Addo demonstrated that the congregation has no motivation to be stressed that his legislature will authorize the wonder in Ghana.
“Give me a chance to guarantee that this administration has no plans to change the law on homosexuality. We have no specialist and we won’t look for any expert to do as such,” Akufo-Addo said when he was talking at the Global Evangelical Church’s 2018 SYNOD on subject, “Viable Discipleship – The Cross and our Commitment”, at the Economics Department of the University of Ghana, Legon.
The President propelled that the discussion about the burden of expenses on the Church has come up in Ghana on account of the well-to-do way of life and show of riches by a few individuals from the ministry in Ghana. He noticed that people in general has seen as clerics contend to indicate who is the all the more ground-breaking and who is the more extravagant.
“People in general looks on as a portion of the houses of worship seem to disregard poor people and respected in the public arena and focus on being preposterous. It isn’t astounding that there are calls for charges to be forced on chapel earnings. When you advance out of the philanthropy circle, out of instruction and out of medicinal services, you are placing yourself in the line of the duty net”, Akufo-Addo said.
