Veteran standup comedian Kwaku Sintim-Misa has expressed fear of possible disorder as he like other Ghanaians anxiously waiting declaration of general elections of this year.
The comedian popular for his ‘Afia Serebuo’ act tweeted, I never thought I would ever say this but I am very worried about Ghana. I hope I am wrong but I smell anarchy”.
The opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) has claimed due to the late election results that it will reject any results that they found doubted may have been manipulated by the Electoral Commission since its flag bearer has won at least 5,441,642 of votes cast to command an indisputable lead in the presidential competition while the party has also won 170 seats.
On the other hand, the EC has come out to assure Ghanaians that it will not temper with results and that all should remain persistent and wait for the final declaration of the general elections.
