NPP’s General Secretary, John Boadu
Acting General Secretary of the NPP, John Boadu has responded to the assertions made by President Mahama that NPP’s Presidential Candidate, Nana Addo is a ‘divisive’ and ‘dictator’ leader who divides his own party and it would be very dangerous for Ghana if Nana Addo wins the upcoming 2016 general elections.
President Mahama said this during his campaign tour of Northern Region of four days while addressing to the people of Bimbilla.
Reacting to these comments, NPP’s General Secretary assured people that Nana Addo is not at all dangerous for country and there is nothing to worry about his governance, even Ghana will be safer in the hands of Nana Akufo-Addo than ‘corrupt’ John Mahama.
In an interview with the Daily Statesman, Thursday 25 August, John Boadu stated that the honest Ghanaians would live fearlessly under the administration of Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo because Nana is determined to grant equal rights to every citizen without any discrimination.
He said, ‘Nana Addo is not a corrupt person like President Mahama, he is not going to loot state assets, he is not going to give state resources to his siblings and wife. He is prepared to make an unbiased society where everyone enjoys equal opportunities.’
